Often, we overlook the potential of our food to provide us with energy, vitality, nourishment, and overall well-being. We feed ourselves down to the cellular level, which is why our selection of raw ingredients is both meaningful and powerful.


I combine the knowledge of a certified nutritionist with a total Foodie Hedonist! I bring a unique perspective to the table. Having lived all over the world, I've been by global flavours and cultural traditions, which have greatly influenced my palate. Additionally, I've witnessed firsthand the impact that food can have on our health and our world.


I want to inspire you to love cooking, to love eating and really love food! I want to share what I've learned about the impact of our shopping choices on our farmers and our planet. If you have select health goals you want to reach, I will work with you to create a lifestyle that is delicious, actually filling and helps you attain what you want!
I won't lecture you; I won't belittle your food choices - I believe there is a place for all things. We will work together to reach for balance, to understand what motivates (and derails us from) our plan, and together we will re-learn the foundations of health
