What do I wear/bring to class?

Let's Get Physical

Unless specially noted within the class description, please wear yoga or comfortable clothing you can move in, bare feet, and bring a bottle of water. There is the possibility to shower on the premises, but bring your own towel.

What is the Sacred Economy?

Partnering in Abundance

It is my belief that teachers should be paid their worth for their offerings and make a living wage; therefore I have set out to create a revenue-sharing offering where teachers keep 70% of their class earnings. We keep 30% for our venue, PR and activation costs, and give a donation of 3% to The Swedish Breast Cancer Foundation.

What is The Practice?

The Practice is a Company that offers a Movement Class (60-minutes, HIIT, YOga and Mindfulness, set to incredible music), Nourish Classes (Gastronomic Cooking classes based on Holistic Nutrition) and 1:1 Nutrition Counselling.

Why The Practice Pop-Up?

Create Magic

I wanted to create MAGIC by bringing together our incredible community of teachers, create awareness of our respective offerings to our audiences, and have a really fun event that brings together all the things I love in this world: Good food, community, inspiring talks, memorable events with beautiful products and handcrafted Art.

Do you take Sponsorship?

Maybe, Kinda, Sorta

The Practice is very selective on the partners and people we work with. While we are all in our learning funnel with some of us at the beginning & others at the pinnacle, we believe that we should be thinking holistically about our energetic footprint and our planet.
If we share these ideals, let's party.
