Welcome to The Practice—an Embodied Movement and Mindfulness class, where we create a safe and transformative space for individuals who have never considered themselves "workout people" but are seeking a deeper connection with their bodies and a sense of inner peace. In The Practice, we emphasise the profound impact that a practice of embodied movement and mindfulness can have on our lives.
