Join Sophia Marinho de Lemos, Co-Founder of Källa, Sandra Andreis, Actress/Singer and host of the Coming Home podcast, and Karlina Caune, Model/Founder of The Karlinas. Moderated by Camilla Ahlqvist, founder of The Practice. 

Ever wanted to eavesdrop on a fabulous conversation from women in-the-know, who have turned their idea into a tangible product in the marketplace. These three women have created product offerings in the Wellness sector, including: ingestible supplement products, inspirational broadcast and clean beauty products. Sophia Marinho de Lemos, Co-Founder of Källa

Sophia is a co-founder of Swedish wellness company KÄLLA. KÄLLA make science-backed probiotic powders and supplements that target the gut to support overall health; from boosting gut health and supporting immunity, to naturally balancing hormones. KÄLLA have experienced phenomenal growth in the last two years and are now setting their sights on international expansion. Sophia's professional experience is in digitalisation, ecommerce growth and marketing, but her passion is in nutrition and helping people feel their best. She lives in Stockholm and is a mother to two.

Sandra Andreis, Actress/Singer and host of the Coming Home podcast

Sandra is a Swedish-Italian actress and singer who has lived in Scandinavia, New York and Los Angeles, known in roles in Snabba Cash, The Sandhamn Murders, The Head and We Got This. She is the co-founder and co-host of Coming Home Podcast, with Laura Bach, where they invite world-renowned fellow artists, norm-breakers, researchers, scientists & spiritual leaders to share inspiring insights, vulnerable stories and hands-on advice about how we all can feel more at home with ourselves.

Karlina Caune, Model, Founder of The Karlina's and Karlina's Skin

Karlina is a supermodel, having spent years in New York and Iceland, she now resides in Stockholm. Her passion and environmental activism has led her to create The Karlinas, a brand of eco-conscious sweaters and a skincare line. The Karlinas Sweaters are hand-sown in Lettland in 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton
